Matchmaking Terms of Use & Safety Policy

1. Optional Community Feature

Intimacy Uncoded Circle Matchmaking is an optional feature available to eligible adult community members who wish to discover and connect with other members.

Intimacy Uncoded Circle is not a dating agency or professional matchmaking service. We only provide community introductions through approved social media usernames.

Participation is entirely voluntary.

2. Social Media Contact Only

Intimacy Uncoded Circle only shares approved Instagram or Facebook usernames for matchmaking introductions.

We do not provide members' telephone numbers, email addresses, residential addresses, or other private contact information.

Members are responsible for independently contacting each other through their chosen social media platforms.

3. Independent Member Interactions

Intimacy Uncoded Circle does not arrange, supervise, participate in, or control conversations, dates, meetings, relationships, or other interactions between members.

All communication and interaction after an introduction are voluntary and undertaken at each member's own discretion and risk.

4. Financial and Personal Safety

Members are strongly advised:

• Never send money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or financial assistance to someone they meet through matchmaking.
• Never share banking details, passwords, identification documents, or sensitive personal information.
• Arrange first meetings in public places.
• Exercise caution and independently verify the identity of anyone they choose to contact.

Intimacy Uncoded Circle does not guarantee the identity, intentions, honesty, safety, or conduct of other members.

5. Limitation of Liability

Intimacy Uncoded Circle acts solely as a platform for optional community introductions. Members independently decide whether to initiate or continue contact through external social media platforms. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Intimacy Uncoded Circle and its operator are not responsible for the independent communications, meetings, relationships, transactions, or conduct of members outside the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Intimacy Uncoded Circle and its operator are not responsible or liable for losses, scams, financial transactions, relationship disputes, emotional distress, injuries, damages, or other consequences arising from independent interactions between members, including communications and meetings conducted outside the platform.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Member Agreement

By participating in matchmaking, members acknowledge that:

• They are at least 18 years old.
• Participation is optional.
• Intimacy Uncoded Circle provides introductions through social media usernames only.
• They are independently responsible for their decisions, communications, meetings, and relationships.
• They understand and accept the risks associated with contacting other members.
• They agree to these Matchmaking Terms of Use & Safety Policy.

7. Reporting and Community Safety

Members may report suspected scams, fake profiles, harassment, or violations of Intimacy Uncoded Circle's community rules through the Report Member feature.

Intimacy Uncoded Circle may review reports and restrict or remove accounts where appropriate.

This reporting feature does not mean Intimacy Uncoded Circle supervises or assumes responsibility for private communications, meetings, financial transactions, or relationships between members.

Nothing in this policy excludes responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
