Intimacy Uncoded Circle — General Terms of Use & Digital Content Policy

Intimacy Uncoded Circle is an online community platform for adults aged 18 and above, offering educational videos, relationship and intimacy content, discussions, and optional community features.

By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

Intimacy Uncoded Circle offers free community membership and paid premium access.

Free membership never expires. Free members can use the content and features designated as free, including community features, without paying.

Certain videos and digital content are available only to members with premium access.

Premium access is obtained through Support the Circle contributions (section 3). Members who already hold a Gold or Platinum membership keep it on its existing terms until it ends or is cancelled. New Gold and Platinum memberships are no longer offered.

Premium access provides access to digital content for a limited period. It does not transfer ownership of any videos or other materials.

Support the Circle is a one-time payment, in an amount the member chooses at or above the displayed minimum, for a defined period of premium access. It is not a subscription, a donation, a charitable contribution, or a free trial.

Each successful contribution provides exactly 30 days (720 hours) of premium access, beginning when the payment is confirmed. There is no automatic renewal and no further charge. No contribution provides lifetime access.

Members may contribute again whenever they choose; there is no obligation to do so. If premium access is still active, the new 30 days are added to the existing end date, so unused time is not lost. Remaining premium access may not exceed 90 days, and a contribution that would exceed this limit is not accepted.

Every contribution amount provides the same premium access. A higher contribution does not provide additional privileges or preferential treatment, including in matchmaking.

When premium access ends, premium content and matchmaking participation pause and the free membership continues.

Members are responsible for reviewing the amount, the access period, and these terms before completing payment.

Intimacy Uncoded Circle may add, update, or remove content from its library. Material changes to paid access will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Intimacy Uncoded Circle provides premium digital educational videos and content through premium access.

Support the Circle contributions and other completed purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is successfully processed and the corresponding access has been granted, except where a refund or cancellation is required by applicable law.

By completing a payment, members acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Premium access becomes available once payment is successfully completed and access is activated.
  2. Refunds will not be issued because a member has watched content, changed their mind, did not use some or all of the access period, or chose not to use premium features. Unused days are not refunded or credited.
  3. Members are responsible for reviewing the amount, the access period, and the benefits before paying.
  4. Premium access remains available for its 30-day period, subject to these Terms of Use.
  5. Failed payments do not activate premium access. Duplicate charges, incorrect charges, and payments that do not result in the purchased access will be investigated and corrected as appropriate.
  6. If a payment is reversed, for example through a refund required by law or a payment dispute (chargeback), the 30 days of access provided by that payment are removed. Other valid access is not affected.
  7. Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Please review your payment carefully before completing it.

Premium videos are provided for streaming during a valid access period only. They are not offered for download, and access to them ends when the access period ends.

Members may share links to lesson pages. Anyone opening a link needs their own valid access before a video plays.

Premium video playback may display the member's username as a watermark to discourage unauthorized recording.

Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

Members may not record, download, resell, redistribute, publicly upload, commercially exploit, or claim ownership of Intimacy Uncoded Circle’s copyrighted content without authorization.

Access to content does not transfer copyright ownership.

Intimacy Uncoded Circle provides general educational information about relationships, intimacy, communication, and personal well-being.

Our videos and materials are intended for educational purposes and do not guarantee specific personal, romantic, marital, or sexual outcomes.

Content should not be treated as individualized medical, psychological, legal, or other regulated professional advice.

Members are responsible for their personal decisions and how they apply the information provided.

Intimacy Uncoded Circle uses artificial intelligence technology to produce its educational videos, including AI-generated presenters, voices, graphics, and audiovisual materials.

AI-generated presenters are not recordings of real professionals, and they should not be understood as real doctors, therapists, counsellors, or other professionals.

Our videos provide general sexual-wellness, intimacy, and relationship education. They are not individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they are not psychological counselling, sex therapy, or any other professional healthcare service.

We do not guarantee that any technique, exercise, suggestion, or educational information will produce a particular improvement in your sexual life, intimacy, relationship, or well-being. Individual outcomes vary.

If you experience persistent pain, sexual-health concerns, or other medical symptoms, please seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Nothing in this section limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, and it does not excuse misleading advertising, unlawful conduct, or negligence.

Intimacy Uncoded Circle may use promotional images, short video clips, animated thumbnails, and illustrative scenes to present its content.

These materials are intended to communicate the topic or educational purpose of the associated content.

Promotional materials may be created separately from the main educational lesson, and some promotional scenes may not appear in the purchased or viewed video.

Promotional content does not guarantee that particular individuals, demonstrations, scenes, or outcomes will appear in the full lesson. Each lesson’s title and description explain what it covers.

Promotional materials must still accurately represent the content they promote and comply with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws.

Members must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Respect other community members.
  • Avoid harassment, threats, scams, impersonation, and unlawful conduct.
  • Avoid posting unauthorized personal information about others.
  • Follow applicable community guidelines.

Member-generated content may be reviewed before publication.

Intimacy Uncoded Circle may restrict or suspend accounts that violate community rules, subject to applicable law and the terms governing paid access.

Intimacy Uncoded Circle may offer optional matchmaking introductions to members with active premium access, including existing Platinum members. Premium access does not automatically enroll a member in matchmaking.

Matchmaking is not required to use the platform or access other membership benefits.

Members who choose to participate must separately accept the Matchmaking Terms of Use & Safety Policy.

Approval and introductions are not guaranteed, and no payment guarantees a match or provides preferential treatment. When premium access ends, matchmaking participation is paused unless the member has other eligible access; their matchmaking information is kept. A payment never overrides an Admin suspension or a safety restriction.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Intimacy Uncoded Circle and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform or reliance on its educational content.

Intimacy Uncoded Circle does not guarantee uninterrupted service, particular relationship outcomes, or that educational content will meet every member’s expectations.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Intimacy Uncoded Circle uses account information to provide registration, authentication, membership access, and platform services.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the platform’s separate Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

Private account contact details will not be disclosed to other members through matchmaking.

Intimacy Uncoded Circle may update these Terms of Use when necessary.

Material changes will be communicated appropriately, and any legally required notice or consent will be obtained.

By creating an account, members confirm that:

  • They are at least 18 years old.
  • They have read and agree to these Terms of Use.
  • They understand that premium access provides access to digital content for a limited period rather than ownership.
  • They agree to follow the platform’s community rules.
