Intimacy Uncoded Circle policies
Refund & Cancellation
How payments work on Intimacy Uncoded Circle.
One-time contributions, nothing to cancel
Support the Circle contributions ($10, $15 or $20 USD, or another amount from $10 USD) are one-time payments. Each verified payment gives 30 days of Circle Supporter access. Nothing renews and you are never charged again, so there is no subscription to cancel.
Refunds
Refunds are covered by section 4 of the Terms of Use (“Digital Products, Payments and No-Refund Policy”). Nothing there limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Earlier memberships
Members who still have an earlier Gold or Platinum membership keep it on its own terms until it ends; you can manage it in Membership & Billing.
Questions about a payment
Contact us through Contact & Support with the date and amount (never your card details).
